William Edward Fairfield, 83, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 14, 2017. He was born January 31, 1934 to Oscar and Velma Fairfield.

He is survived by his wife Ruth; son Ronald; and daughters Elaine Netolicky and Michele Downing.
